At the core of her work is the belief that while genetics provide a blueprint, daily behaviors help shape how we age, adapt, and thrive. Through Somatic Engineering, Cassandra helps clients take a proactive role in their health by combining personalized data, evidence-informed strategies, and sustainable lifestyle change.

“It is not the strongest nor the most intelligent of species that survives, but the one that is most adaptable to change.”
